Prepped my rainbowish lunch for a long day today! First time doing this in a while and it took about 15 minutes. Stop Light Energy fruits (avacados, bananas, and strawberries), berry medley in Greek yogurt, spinach and redhead lettuce with grilled chicken, and apple slices with a side of crunchy peanut butter and a side of walnuts. Mhmm looking forward to this after chem. been getting 8 hours of sleep, on top of homework, and not falling asleep in class. So far so good!
